You may return or exchange any item(s) in its/their original condition to TNT First Aid for up to 30 days from receipt of shipment.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened or used medical supplies cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Medical supplies that have been opened, used, or are missing the factory packaging cannot be accepted for refund or exchange, for safety and sterility reasons.
Unopened kits, AED accessories, training supplies, and durable equipment in their original packaging. Custom-built kits are non-returnable.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
To start a return or exchange, email jeffm@tntfirstaid.com to request a Return Authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit or debit card within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your bank's policies, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box. If the item came in a sealed bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag.
Items must include all factory packaging and documentation. Please do not write on the factory packaging and leave all factory labels intact.
Orders from TNT First Aid are shipped via UPS and FedEx within the continental United States.
Orders are processed within 1--3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Standard ground delivery within the continental United States takes 3--7 business days after shipment.
Orders ship via UPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Order Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Region: We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at jeffm@tntfirstaid.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
